SHARING
You may NOT at any time, share ANY raw materials (lines, tubes, etc) with anyone. Anyone caught doing so will forfeit their membership.

Items are for your use only. You may not share these sigtags with anyone else, including - but not limited - to passing thru Yahoo!/Google/MSN Groups, News Groups, Forums, Message Boards, or Email messages. You may NOT share these tags with your friends even if they have the same name as you.

You may NOT share your login information with ANYONE. Anyone caught sharing login access will have their membership revoked.

LOGOS/CREDITING
You MUST display your personalized logo upon your site/blog while you are a member. Logos MUST be displayed on your website or blog within 7 days of receiving your logo. Wherever my sigtags are displayed, you MUST give credit to my site for the tag (text links ARE acceptable).
 

TERMS OF USAGE - SIGTAGS
Sigtags are not to be altered in any way. This includes re-coloring any portion of the tag, cropping/rotating/deleting any portion of the tag and/or changing the name on the tag.

You may not resell or redistribute these tags. If you know someone that has the same name as you, send them here for their own membership :)

Give credit where credit is due, do not claim these as your own. Please credit faded-angels.net/fadedsigags whenever/wherever the sigtags are used.

Do NOT under any circumstances copy/use my sigtags  to make your own.

You may request any or all of the sigtags posted for any given month. Orders will be worked on in the order that they are received.

MISCELLANEOUS
You do NOT need a website in order to join, HOWEVER if you do own a website; it MUST be family friendly (no racism or pornography).

Lifetime memberships to my site are good for as long as the site is operational.

You may display your sigtags on social networking sites (ie myspace,livejournal,xanga, etc), HOWEVER you MUST credit my site for the tag (a simple text link will be fine).

Should "real life" get in the way and an update is not made in a timely fashion, I may add on time to your membership to make up for my absence. This is at my discretion.
