SHARING

You may NOT at any time, share ANY raw materials (lines, tubes, outlines, etc) with anyone. Anyone caught doing so will forfeit their
membership.

Items are for your use only. You may not share these tubes with anyone else, including - but not limited - to passing thru Yahoo!/Google/MSN Groups, News Groups, Forums, Message Boards, or Email messages.

You may NOT share your login information with ANYONE. If you co-own a site with someone, you may NOT share any of the members area content with them. Anyone caught sharing login access will have their membership revoked.

Should you share a website with more than one person, EACH person must purchase a membership to my site in order to use my tubes.

LOGOS

You MUST display your personalized logo upon your site/blog while you are a member.

Once you membership expires, if you are still using my content, you must continue to display my logo/text link.

Logos MUST be displayed on your website or blog within 7 days of receiving your logo

TERMS OF USAGE - TUBES

Tubes are not to be altered in any way. You may not recolor tubes unless otherwise specified. You may flip/mirror the tubes if necessary.

You may not resell these tubes in their current form (i.e. You must make siggies, blinkies, email stationary or websets etc before using them for sale purposes.).  And they may not be offered or sold AS IS.

You may not sell or distribute blank siggies (siggies without a name).

Give credit where credit is due, do not claim these as your own. You must link back to my site (on a memberships page is fine) with your membership logo. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your logo.

You MAY use my tubes in finished products to make gifts for your friends OR for profit in your members only area. However, you MUST add
more than just a tube and a name for a sigtag.

You may use my tubes with tubes from any other pixel site in the creation of your siggies/websets/etc.

Do NOT under any circumstances copy/use my tubes to make your own. All of my lines (and in some cases tubes) were purchased from other sites and are copyrighted to their original artists as well as myself.

TERMS OF USAGE - SIGTAGS

Sigtags are not to be altered in any way.

Give credit where credit is due, do not claim these as your own. Please credit faded-angels.net whenever/wherever the siggies are used.

You may request any or all of the sigtags posted for any given month. Orders will be worked on in the order that they are received.

MISCELLANEOUS

You do NOT need a website in order to join, HOWEVER if you do own a website; it MUST be family friendly (no racism or pornography). If
you have a members only area, you MUST provide me with a username and password so that I can make sure my terms are respected. I will NEVER remove something from your members only area. If I see something I like, I may just join your site!!

Lifetime memberships to my site are good for as long as the site is operational.

You may offer your finished products on social networking sites (ie myspace,livejournal,xanga, etc), HOWEVER you MUST credit my
site for the pixels (a simple text link will be fine). The EXCEPTION to this rule are any tubes that you download from area that specifically say no social useage. This will be marked on the page with the tubes.

Should “real life” get in the way and an update is not made in a timely fashion, I may add on time to your membership to make up for my
absence. This is at my discretion.
